No. Regardless of parental consent, Naomi will not tattoo anyone under 18.

While she is extremely grateful for the interest and trust many people extend towards her when selecting a tattoo artist, Naomi does not accept all inquiries. To remain passionate and enthusiastic about her career, she avoids tattooing projects she is not aligned with.

Naomi does not offer apprenticeship services or classes at this point in her career.
